Holiday Inn Express - DeForest, WI: Increased cash flow by $106,000 in second year of operation, and by $110,000 from 2001-2002. Red Roof Inn - Downers Grove, IL: Increased occupancy by 7% up to 94% in 1986.
Country Inn & Suites - Stevens Point, WI: Penetrated market at over 123% after one year of operation.
Best Western Sparta Trail Lodge - Sparta, WI: Penetrated market at over 120% after just six months. Return on Investment of over 30% twice.
Hampton Inn - Madison, WI: Increased occupancy percentage by 12 points over a two-year span while increasing GOP by 24% over the same period.
Comfort Suites - Stevens Point, WI: Increased Revpar by 15% by implementing a targeted marketing campaign after sluggish opening.
Hampton Inn - Appleton, WI: Created an Intensified Marketing Plan (IMP) which resulted in an increase in business by 10 occupancy points over a one-year period.
Super 8 - Appleton, WI: Over a four-year period, ran GOP percentages of over 53%.
